They tried matcha hotdog and made the sausage green! Let’s try making mighty hotdog style matcha hotdog. We make our dough with matcha and use matcha mayo or condensed matcha milk for the sauces. Instead of sausage, we used cream cheese so that it goes well with the matcha. We haven’t made this menu official but if you want to try, leave in the comments section.
